The Boker Yadama I Chef's Knife has an 8.25" Damascus steel blade made of 37 layers of stainless steel - 18 layers per side plus the center layer of VG-10 Cobalt stainless steel. The hardened blade is incredibly strong, yet lightweight. Handsome 5" olive wood handles with full tang.
